DIC Program for Mobile Homes with Aegis

Difference In Conditions (DIC) Endorsement allows for Mobile Home policy to be written with Aegis provided DIC Endorsement indicated.

FIRE Coverage is required to be placed with the CA State FAIR Plan, other usual NON-FIRE coverage still provided by AEGIS.

Can be written in any zip code provided zip has not exceeded TIV amount, (i.e.: Brush Score is no longer viable since no FIRE Coverage provided by AEGIS, so open statewide. Aegis is one of the few admitted carriers with this offer, if not the only one for Manufactured Homes.
